BBQ Area 2 Use and Cleaning Guidelines
Rooftop Patio & BBQ Guidelines
- Max occupancy 60 persons.
- No pets permitted.
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- A resident must accompany any visitor(s).
- Use of barbeques and fire table restricted to residents over the age of 18.
- Exercise caution when using equipment fueled by a gas line or that produces a flame.
- Follow the use and cleaning guidelines for the barbeques and fire table. Ownership and Property Management are not responsible for any injury that may occur.
- BBQ Area 1 is available on a first come, first served basis.
Be mindful of usage time if others are waiting.
- BBQ Area 2 must be booked in advance through the SmartOne app.
- Be respectful of noise levels. No loud or portable speakers.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the Rooftop Patio.
Residents are responsible for waste disposal.
- Report any damages or maintenance issues to Property Management.
- Smoking cigarettes, tobacco, cannabis and/or other substances is strictly prohibited.
- Alcohol is not permitted at any time.
- Ownership and Property Management are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
